2. Public Offer (Публичная оферта)

2.1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") by Televizor (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to enter into a service agreement on the terms set forth herein.

2.2. Order Processing

The User places an order for services (Premium Subscription) through the interface of the website. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the User successfully pays for the subscription. Access to the Premium features is granted automatically upon confirmation of payment.

2.3. Refund Policy (Returns)

Services are considered fully rendered at the moment access to the Premium features is granted. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided unless required by applicable law or in cases of technical failure where the service was not delivered. To request a refund, please contact support with your transaction details.

2.4. Dispute Resolution

All disputes and disagreements that may arise from this Offer shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate court in accordance with the current legislation of the Service Provider's jurisdiction. The User agrees to first contact the Service Provider with a written claim before initiating any legal proceedings.
